To request items by phone call (585) 784-5300 during open hours OR you can also opt to fill out this request form at any time.

Our staff will print out your list and will call you to schedule a pickup time once your items are ready. Items will then be placed in our vestibule for your scheduled pickup.

**If you have been notified that a hold is available and you need to schedule a pickup time, please do not fill out this form. You should call the library during our open hours.
